Stay away from macOS Catalina 10.15.4!

This update seems to be broken as hell. What’s worst - the Time Machine is broken so there is no way back if you don’t have full-disk backup (for bit-by-bit backup, check this guide). Other than that, you will get constant kernel panics, you won’t be able to copy files larger than 30 GB if it’s a APFS volume. Also ssh is broken, but to be honest, who uses builtin ssh when we have brew, right?

How to prevent volume automount on macOS Catalina

I have a hard drive dedicated for Time Machine backups and recently I decided to split the partition into 2. The second one became storage for a disk image of my main drive (in case my Hackintosh update fails). What bothered me was that every time I connected my Time Machine drive, the second partition got connected as well. How to prevent that?
